When you register or interact with the Site, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, team and position preferences, payment status, and game RSVP responses. We collect this information directly from you when you register, submit an inquiry, or communicate with the league.

If you opt in to receive text messages, we use your phone number solely to send you game reminders and league updates related to Atlanta Premier Hockey. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting in to SMS is not a condition of registering for the league.
We share information only as needed to operate the league. This includes service providers who help us run the Site and send communications (for example, our hosting provider, database provider, email provider, and — for those who opt in — our SMS provider). These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe and Venmo). We do not store your full card or bank details on our systems; that information is handled directly by those payment processors under their own privacy policies.

If players under 18 participate, a parent or guardian should register on their behalf and is responsible for the information provided.
