These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of atlantapremierhockey.com (the "Site") and participation in Atlanta Premier Hockey ("APH," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
To participate, you must register through the Site and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Players under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian.
Participation requires payment of league dues as listed at registration. Payments may be made via the methods offered on the Site (such as card or Venmo). Dues, refunds, and team assignments are administered at the discretion of the league commissioner. Spots may be held as "reserved" pending payment.
If you opt in to receive text messages, you agree to receive game reminders and league updates from Atlanta Premier Hockey at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting in is not a condition of registration. Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward teammates, opponents, officials, and rink staff. The league may suspend or remove participants for conduct that endangers safety or disrupts the league, at the commissioner's discretion.
Ice hockey is a physical, contact-capable sport that carries inherent risks of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and assume these risks. You are responsible for your own equipment, fitness to play, and any required insurance.
Game schedules, times, rinks, and standings are subject to change. We will communicate changes through the Site and league communications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlanta Premier Hockey and its organizers are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the league or use of the Site, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
